The CAN-SPAM Act, a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have you stop emailing them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.  Click HERE for more info.

Applied Technology Solutions strictly adheres to all laws concerning commercial electronic mail-outs.  We offer two (2) options on how YOU can comply on your mail outs:

1.  You may manage your own "unsubscribe" requests. Every mailout will have an

"unsubscribe" option in the footer of the message.  This option will place your provided

email and before a second or subsequent eBlast is mailed out, you must remove the

unsubscibe request and send us the revised email address list for the next mail-out

with a notification that all requested omissions have been made. 

 

2.  ATS will manage your unsubscribe request for you.  We will insert our unsubscribe

email in your footer and those request will come directly to us to remove from your

list before mail-out.  There is an additional fee of $25 per list revision for this service. 

If you send out 3 eBlasts per month, the fee would be an aditional $50 ($25 after the

first eBlast and $25 after the second for the two required revisions to remove unsubscribers)
